Draft Preparation

The AFL draft is a key time in any young player's journey. ESA provide individual support depending on each player's needs. Sourcing high-performance specialists, nutritionists or working with former AFL recruiters on your game and interview preparation all targeted to assist our players approach the draft with confidence.

With 30+ years combined experience in athlete management, ESA have the industry experience to negotiate the best contract that suits your individual circumstances and career ambition. In what can be a protracted scenario we work closely with our clients to minimise any affect and obtain the best results.

We specialise in educating our clients on how to manage their income throughout their career. Our team offer individual budgeting and savings strategies to assist in both learning how to use money and grow it. We have been partnered with the specialised athlete accountancy firm Liston Newton Advisory for over a decade to take care of all tax requirements.
